There are many things to consider when you are devising a plan to remodel your kitchen.  It can be very overwhelming.  Once you have chosen Kingdom Contracting we will be there to support and guide you through every step of the process.

A key thing to remember your home is an investment.  A kitchen renovation is the number one ways to increase the value of your investment.  The kitchen is the heart of your home.  It’s where you cook, eat, do homework, entertain, etc.  This is probably where you spend most of your time and make most of your memories!  So even before you start renovating, you need to ask yourself some very important questions.

What is your budget?  We will work with you to design a kitchen that meets all your needs and keeps within your budget.  There are many ways to achieve getting your dreams kitchen while staying in budget.  We do this by helping you chose the right merchandise without sacrificing quality.

Assess the Kitchens layout – Measuring the dimensions of your kitchen is critical to the overall design.  We must be sure that what you want can be done.  Pipes and electrical outlets must also be mapped out to optimize the kitchen design.  Using the existing pipes and outlets will also save on cost.

Specifics needed for renovations – This is where we make our inventory list.

• Counter tops – Granite, marble, soapstone, slate, quartz, laminate
• Appliances
• Hardware
• Tile/ back splash
• Lighting – High hats, drop lighting
• Flooring – Hardwood, laminate/vinyl, bamboo, ceramic tile, marble

Time frame for renovation – We have now completed the preliminary steps in building your dream kitchen.  The next step is to figure out how long it will take to complete this project. Kingdom contracting will go over and beyond for you.  There will be minimal disruption in your daily life and you home will be returned to you as quickly as possible.
